If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your items for something different, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase including order number, as well as a copy of the Returns Form.
In the interest of saving paper, we no longer send out Returns Forms with orders. You can download a copy of the Returns Form HERE.
If the item is considered not to be in its original saleable condition, a restocking fee will be assessed which may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Any returns received after the returns period will incur a re-stocking fee of 10% of the sale value, per calendar month that the return is past the deadline. If an item is returned more than 2 months after the return deadline (3 months from the date of purchase) it will not be accepted which may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Shipping your item back to us
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your return, letting us know to expect its arrival back in the warehouse. We will then offer our advise on the best method of returning the package depending on size and weight but please be aware, any cost incurred from the return is the responsibility of the customer. Choosing not to register your return may result in a delay in processing.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure that the parcel is packed properly before returning to avoid damage in transit. If the item is considered to arrive back with us not in its original saleable condition, a restocking fee will be assessed which may result in the forfeiture of any refund. Please ask your postal service for a proof of posting receipt of which you must keep hold, as this is your proof of return.
Once the return has been approved (the item(s) must have been returned in its original, saleable condition with their original tags and packaging in tact), we aim to process your refund within 4 working days. Timescales for processing payments back to your debit/credit card/PayPal account always depend on the terms of service of your chosen payment service. We cannot influence these timescales but it should usually take up to 3/4 days.
If your refund has fallen outside of this period, please do feel free to get in touch with email@example.com, detailing your order number in the subject box and we will be happy to help.
If you would like a replacement item, you will be required to place a new order. Your original purchase will be refunded once it has been received by our warehouse in its original, saleable condition and approved. You may wait until you receive your refund before you order your replacement but we cannot guarantee stock availability by the time your refund has been processed, so we advise you place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
We choose to operate in this method as our stock is constantly changing. Everything you see on the website is in stock but by the time an item is returned to us we could have sold out so an exchange might not be possible.
If you suspect that your item has experienced a manufacturing fault or failed under circumstances other than that of misuse, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to highlight this issue, stating your order number in the email subject. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible but please be aware, this could take up to 48 hours after logging your claim.
If your claim is accepted under the warranty conditions expressed by the manufacturer of the product, you will not be expected to cover the cost of returning the item to us and any reasonable expenses incurred will be refunded.
