Shipping Policy

When do we ship?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday – Friday. We do not ship orders on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT on Friday will be sent out on Monday.

Orders must be placed before 1:00pm GMT to be processed that same day. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. This may sometimes be longer due to order volume and back orders.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. Around Christmas time, we advise that you place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

For next working day, orders must be received before 1:00pm GMT to be processed that same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed after 9:30am, the next working day.

Where do we ship to?

Pretty much anywhere! We offer a range of shipment options both domestically (UK) and internationally. If your country is not listed in the international options below, please feel free to contact - we will investigate the most economical method of shipment based on price and transit time and let you know our best quote!  

How do you ship?

Our orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or DPD, dependent on your shipment selection or location. Other couriers may be used from time to time dependent on availability and cost. If you wish to request a specific courier, please email BEFORE you place your order and make this wish known. We will happily ship using your chosen courier but please note: 1) you will be required to cover any discrepancy in cost and 2) please be aware that the processing times may increase, as we may need to arrange and special collection.

If your country is not listed above, please contact for a quote. It may be that there are additional charges from our courier, such as customs clearance charges, but rest assured, we will try to find the cheapest and quickest shipping option to expedite delivery of your parcel!

How to track an order that’s been shipped?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with details of how to track your parcel. Should you desire further information, please call +44 (0) 33 33 55 3897 between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00pm GMT, Monday through Friday – alternatively, email with your order number in the subject header and we will be happy to help.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for all order shipping outside of the UK

Please be aware with orders outside the UK, due to the recent exit of the UK from the EU; new custom fees, duties, taxes and/or other fees may soon apply. Please check regularly with your local customs agent so that you are aware, if or when these fees come into play. Should this occur, these fees will not be included in your order cost – it will be your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.

When Shipping to Norway

Please be aware that when dispatching orders to Norway, we require customers to send us their PID Number so that we can enter that on the DPD Site in order to send it. Without this information we cannot send out your order.
