Where do we ship to?
Previously, our shipping was international; however, we now only deliver within the UK due to specific challenges. For any inquiries, please reach out to orders@futureproof.life.
When do we ship?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday – Friday. We do not ship orders on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT on Friday will be sent out on Monday.
Orders must be placed before 1:00pm GMT to be processed that same day. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. This may sometimes be longer due to order volume and back orders.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. Around Christmas time, we advise that you place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
For next working day, orders must be received before 1:00pm GMT to be processed that same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed after 9:30am, the next working day.
How do you ship?
Our orders are mostly shipped using APC, dependent on your shipment selection or location. Other couriers may be used from time to time dependent on availability and cost. If you wish to request a specific courier, please email orders@futureproof.life BEFORE you place your order and make this wish known. We will happily ship using your chosen courier but please note: 1) you will be required to cover any discrepancy in cost and 2) please be aware that the processing times may increase, as we may need to arrange and special collection.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with details of how to track your parcel. Should you desire further information, please call +44 (0) 33 33 55 3897 between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00pm GMT, Monday through Friday – alternatively, email orders@futureproof.life with your order number in the subject header and we will be happy to help.
