You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase including order number, as well as a copy of the Returns Form.
We kindly request that you email firstname.lastname@example.org, highlighting your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return, before sending your item back. That way we are able to keep note of your shipment's arrival in our warehouse which will ultimately speed up your return review. Choosing not to register your return may result in a delay in processing
*if the item has been damaged in any way, an additional fee will be assessed which may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Shipping your item back to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend always using a ‘signed for delivery’ service as we cannot accept liability for the items until they have been received in our warehouse.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (PayPal users can take up to 30 days to receive their refund).
Regretfully, at this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to swap your purchase for a different size or colour, you will be required to cover the cost of shipment back to our warehouse, but your replacement will be sent out to you via next day shipping, free of charge.
