Boiled Hoodie Laced
Providing un-paralleled warmth, water and wind resistance, this flattering laced hooded sweater has been constructed from a mix of boiled merino wool and woven lambswool to create a soft-touch and durable garment that is as stylish as it is functional.
Dating all the way back to the middle ages, the technique of boiling wool has long since been used to create a dense, felt-like weave of high quality merino. Once the wool has been woven or knitted in an extremely large pattern, the material is then "boiled" in water and agitated. The result is a tight, dense material that is far warmer, more durable and windproof.
Along with it's classic Nordic design, the Boiled Hoodie Laced sports the "Spirit of Amundsen" crest on it's shoulder, paying elegant homage to the explorer himself.

When do we ship?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm to be processed that same day. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. This may sometimes be longer due to order volume and back orders.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. Around Christmas time, we advise that you place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
For next working day, orders must be received before 1:00pm GMT to be processed that same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed after 9:30am, the next working day.

Pretty much anywhere! We offer a range of shipment options both domestically (UK) and internationally. If your country is not listed in the international options HERE, please feel free to contact email@example.com - we will investigate the most economical method of shipment based on price and transit time and let you know our best quote!
How do we ship?
Our orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or DPD, dependent on your shipment selection or location. Other couriers may be used from time to time dependent on availability and cost. If you wish to request a specific courier, please email firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you place your order and make this wish known. We will happily ship using your chosen courier but please note: 1) you will be required to cover any discrepancy in cost and 2) please be aware that the processing times may increase, as we may need to arrange and special collection.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase including order number, as well as a copy of the Returns Form.
We kindly request that you email email@example.com, highlighting your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return, before sending your item back. That way we are able to keep note of your shipment's arrival in our warehouse which will ultimately speed up your return review.
*if the item has been damaged in any way, an additional fee will be assessed which may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Shipping your item back to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend always using a ‘signed for delivery’ service as we cannot accept liability for the items until they have been received in our warehouse.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (PayPal users can take up to 30 days to receive their refund).
Regretfully, at this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to swap your purchase for a different size or colour, you will be required to cover the cost of shipment back to our warehouse, but your replacement will be sent out to you via next day shipping, free of charge.
