If you would like to return an item from your order, you can simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the receipt, in its original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached. Items returned after this time period may incur a re-stocking fee or refused for return.
All we need you to do is complete the returns form included in your parcel and snip off the return address slip at the bottom of the page. Please make sure you include your order number on the returns form and enclose it inside your return parcel; we are unable to process a return without this. The return label the needs to be fixed to the outside of the package.
Please email returns@futureproof.life to register your return, letting us know to expect its arrival back in the warehouse. We will then offer our advise on the best method of returning the package depending on size and weight but please be aware, any cost incurred from the return is the responsibility of the customer.
All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure that the parcel is packed properly before return. Please ask your postal service for a proof of posting receipt which you must keep hold of, as this is your proof of return.
